Hello everyone,

The weather seems rather tempermental, going from warm and sunny to overcast and cool
Well in any case, the weather has at least been good for me: I’ve been working hard to maintain a good exercse routine
In fact, the last couple weeks I’ve gone to the gym at least three times each week
I was becoming a gym rat

みなさん、こんにちは。ジェラルドです。

最近は暖かくなってきましたね。暖かい春の陽気です

その天気のおかげで、私の習慣となっている筋肉トレーニングも順調です。

私はgym rat （ジムに熱心にかよう人）になりつつあります。

Unfortunately, I’m a bit under the weather this week
I guess I’ll have some unplanned rest days
That’s ok though, because I have a book that I want to finish reading and many other tasks to do.
So I guess this week I’ll be more of a bookworm than a gym rat

しかし今週は、under the weather （体の調子がよくない）です。

なのでジムにはいけない状態です。

まぁ、それもいいでしょう。読み残しの本を完読するのにいい休憩です。

私は今週はgym rat ではなく　bookworm（読書おたく）になるでしょう。
