Hello everyone,

How’s your week? Last Saturday was Valentine’s Day. Thank you to the students who gave chocolate and sweets. It was very kind. I went on a date with my wife to a restaurant called Hina Cafe. It’s a nice place and the food was delicious. I recommend it. Check it out! We also went bird watching. I saw a woodpecker. It was a fun day.

We are in the middle of our spring campaign. It’s nice to see lots of new faces. There’s still more than a month to go so why don’t you try 4 free trial lessons!

いかがお過ごしですか。
先週の土曜日はバレンタインデーでした。ギフトをくれた生徒の皆さん、ありがとうございました。とてもうれしかったです。
私は妻と「ヒナカフェ」というレストランにバレンタインデーをお祝いしにいきました。
とても美味しかったです。おすすめのカフェレストランです。
その後はバードウォッチングをしました。そこでキツツキをみました。充実した一日になりました。

I’m happy to confirm that Hario English Camp will return this year. Last year we held an English camp for the first time and it was lots of fun. I have many great memories from it. Check out our Facebook page to see photos and a video from last year’s camp. This year will be brilliant fun too and an opportunity to use English outside the classroom. The venue this time is Asagiri Outdoor Center in Fujinomiya. I went there a few weeks ago. It’s a really great place. There are large woods where you camp in tents. There are facilities for having a campfire, playing outdoor games and cooking outside. There is lots of space and the view of Mt. Fuji is amazing. You really feel in the middle of nature. It’s a great place to have a camp. The dates are Saturday May 16th to Sunday May 17th (camping overnight) and is open to students from elementary school 3rd grade to Junior High 3rd grade. Hario students can invite two friends (so long as they have some English experience). More details will follow and you can start applying from next week. Places are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.

今週のニュースは、HARIOのイングリッシュキャンプを今年も開催することが決定したことです。昨年が初めての試みでありましたが、とてもたのしいキャンプになりました。思い出も沢山できました。
フェイスブックに、去年のキャンプの様子がビデオや写真でアップされていますので、ご覧になってください。今年のキャンプも非常の楽しいものになるでしょう。そして、クラス以外で英語を使う絶好の機会になるでしょう。
今年は、田貫湖が改装工事で使えないので、朝霧野外センターが会場となります。
数週間前に下見に行ってきましたが、キャンプには最高の場所です。
大きな木々に囲まれた中にテント泊ができます。キャンプファイヤー、アウトドアアクティビティー、バーベキューなどの設備も充実しています。富士山の眺めも最高です。
本当に自然の中でのキャンプが楽しめる場所です。また今年は、去年より一週間早く、
５月１６、１７日を予定しています。対象は、（新）３年生～中学生までです。
お友達も誘えますよ。（ただし、英語を使うアクティビティが多いため、英語の経験が２年以上あるお友達に限らせていただきます。）
募集人数に達し次第、終了となりますので、お早目にお申込みください。来週から申込スタートです。
