I hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the recent warmer weather, this week I am going to talk about another famous British literary and movie character, James Bond.

みなさん、最近の暖かい天気の中どうお過ごしでしょうか

今週も、イギリスでとても有名な映画の登場人物である「ジェームズ・ボンド」についてお話します。

Created by Ian Fleming in 1953, James Bond is a British secret agent known for his impeccable style, suave demeanour, and license to kill. Fleming himself had a background in naval intelligence which he used to inspire his stories and characters.

1953年にイアン・フレミングによって作り出されたジェームズ・ボンドはイギリス人のシークレットエージェントです。

彼の非の打ちどころのない様子で有名です

フレミング自身、陸軍士官学校出身でその知識を彼の小説の中で使用していました。

Otherwise known as 007, Bond made the jump to movies in 1962. First portrayed by Sean Connery in the movie “Dr. No”, 5 other actors have played Bond since. With Daniel Crag being the most recent. Bond always has an array of spy tech, from his signature Aston Martin car equipped with hidden weapons to his state-of-the-art gadgets.

また、007の主人公であるボンドは1962年に映画の中で登場しています。初代ボンドはショーンコネリーが務め、その後5人の俳優によって様々なジェームズ・ボンドが描かれてきました

The action-packed movies with high-speed chases and stunts have entertained audiences around the world with over 25 movies in the series, with no signs of stopping as recent interest in who will take over the role next now that Craig ended his run as Bond in “No Time to Die” in 2021.
