Hello everyone,

Now that it’s October, we are getting into the spirit of Halloween here at Hario. There are spooky decorations popping up all over the place! Watch out for ghosts on the stairs! The classic colors that symbolise Halloween are black, purple and orange. Black symbolises scary darkness, orange comes from the pumpkins in the shape of Jack o’lanterns, and purple represents witchcraft and magic. Halloween week at Hario begins on October 22nd, so you can surprise us with a cool costume. It’s so much fun having a group of amazing costumes showing up here. Also, for the first time ever, we are having a full Halloween party on Sunday, October 25th. This party gives you a second chance to wear your costume here. We’ll have lots of fun, games, a craft and, of course, Halloween candy! All you have to do is wear a costume and remember what to say to ask for Halloween candy. What do you say?

So, think of a great costume idea, get ready and we’ll see you here for Halloween week and the party!

みなさん、こんにちは！

10月になり、HARIOでもハロウィンの季節がやってきました

教室のあちこちに、ちょっぴり怖い飾りが登場しています！階段にはおばけがいるかもしれないので気を付けてくださいね！

ハロウィンを象徴する定番カラーは、黒・紫・オレンジです。黒は不気味な暗闇、オレンジはジャック・オ・ランタンのかぼちゃ、そして紫は魔法や魔女を表しています。

HARIOのハロウィンウィークは10月22日からスタートします！ぜひすてきな仮装で私たちを驚かせてください。毎年、たくさんの素晴らしいコスチュームを見ることができて、とても楽しみにしています

さらに今回は、10月25日（日）に初めての本格的なハロウィンパーティーを開催します！

パーティーでは、ハロウィンウィークに続いてもう一度仮装を楽しむことができます。

楽しいゲームやクラフト、そしてもちろんハロウィンのお菓子もたくさん用意しています！参加するために必要なのは、仮装をしてくることと、お菓子をもらうための合言葉を覚えてくることです。

さて、ハロウィンのお菓子がほしいとき、何と言うか覚えていますか？

“Trick or Treat!”
