Hi Everyone,

 

I hope you weren’t affect to badly by the typhoon the other day. It woke me up early but we had no problems really. I taught a new student yesterday. She used to be a PLS student here 20 years ago. Now she has come back as an adult. She’s an English teacher and speaks English very well, with really nice pronunciation.

 

It’s nice to see an old student come back after such a long absence. Of course, none of the teachers from that time are working here. Another adult student also was a student here 20 years ago and then came back after a long break. A few of the parents of our younger students were former students themselves. It’s like the circle of life. It’s interesting to wonder whether the young students we have now will send their children here in the future. I hope so! Thanks for reading. Have a good week.

みなさん、こんにちは

台風は大丈夫でしたか。みなさんに何も被害がなかったことを願います。

台風の大きさで私も朝目覚めましたが、私の周りはとくに変わった様子はありませんでした。

 

私には昨日、今月入会された新しい生徒さんの授業がありました。 その生徒さんは、２０年前にPLS（パイオニアランゲッジスクール）の生徒だったそうです。そして２０年後に、HARIOに戻ってきました。彼女は今は、学校の英語の先生で、彼女の英語はとても綺麗です。 そのような長い歳月を経て、また戻ってきていただけるのは、嬉しいことですね

そしてもう一人、２０年前にパイオニアの生徒さんで、数か月前に復学された方がいます。 何人かのHARIO生のご両親もPLSの生徒でした。なんだか、人生のサイクルのようですね。今のHAIRO生徒達がいつか、子供達を通わせる日がくるのでしょうか。

いや、そう願いたいですね
