Spring Vacation　春休み

Hello everyone,

How are you doing? The school year has just finished. There have been lots of graduation ceremonies in the last week. Everyone will be starting new grades and for some people new schools next month. Congratulations and well done on another school year. Good luck in the next one. During this break we have spring classes going on during the day time. It’s nice to see everyone studying hard. I’m teaching a private student high school maths for the next weeks. He goes to school in the UK but while he’s back on vacation in Japan he’s studying here at Hario. It’s a nice change to teach maths. I’m using different bits of knowledge and different bits of my brain. In all of this vacation study, make sure you relax and do something fun too.

P.S. There are still places available on the English Camp in May. If you’re available, try to come. Last year was lots of fun and this year we’ve got lots of exiting things planned.

いかがおすごしですか？学校での一年が終了しました。先週卒業式を行った学校がたくさんあったようです。来月からはみんな新しい学年がはじまり、新しい学校が始まる生徒さんたちもいらっしゃいますね。おめでとうございます。良い新学期を迎えて下さい。春休みの間、ハリオでは日中の時間に春期講習を行っています。生徒さんたちが一生懸命勉強しているのを見ることができるのは嬉しいことです。私自身はこの期間、高校生に数学を教えています。彼はイギリスの学校に通っていますが、休暇で日本に帰ってきている間だけ、ハリオで勉強をしています。数学を教えることで、いつもとは違う知識と脳みそを使っています。春休み、勉強も大事ですが、リラックスして、何か楽しい事をするのも忘れないでくださいね。
