Hello everyone,

 

February is almost here, from what I`ve heard that means the weather is going to get colder, and then warmer. I hope the warmer gets here as soon as possible! I can`t wait for spring to start.

 

It`s a time of change here in Hario English School. Next week some of our classes will be changing from PLS to Junior High School conversation classes. We will also be starting some new PLS 10th rank classes and Kindergarten classes. It`s great to see things developing here as I see some of my students moving from Elementary School classes to Junior High School classes. It`s also exciting to welcome some new students as they begin their English student life here. Some children start learning here from as young as 2 years old. It`s shown that listening to English being spoken in children`s early years helps children’s listening skills develop faster. It`s fantastic to see such young kids eager to learn and have fun while doing it here. We have some students who have been coming here for more than 10 years, and it shows through their excellent spoken English. When I speak to these students I find it easy to converse with them about any topic. The students gain a lot of confidence in their abilities through speaking with a native English speaker. It`s really fulfilling to see their ability grow every week. Best of luck to our students who are making a transition next week, this is their next step on the road to becoming a fluent English speaker.

２月がやってきますね。気温が少し下がり、やがて暖かくなる日がやってきます。

できるだけ早く暖かい季節がやってきてほしいです。春がくるのが待ちきれません。

 

HARIOイングリッシュスクール でも「変化」の時期がやってきました

来週から、PLSクラス（小学生）の小学６年生の生徒の皆さんは、中学生クラスに進級します。そして幼児クラスの新年長さんがPLSクラスに進級します。６年生の生徒が中学のクラスに進級することで、さらなる上達が見込まれるでしょう。

そして、キャンペーンにより新しい生徒の皆さんが入ってきます。

新しい生徒の皆さんに会えるのが楽しみです。来月から２才半の生徒さんが入ってきます。

英語を若いうちから聞いておくと、将来リスニングの力を伸ばすことができると示されています。２才半のような小さなお子さんが英語を習う姿をみるのは素晴らしいことですし、また教えるのが楽しみです。

HARIOイングリッシュスクールには、何人も１０年以上通っている生徒さんがいます。

彼らの英語は素晴らしいです。

彼らと話すときは、どんな話題でも大丈夫なので会話が弾みます。

英語のネイティブスピーカーと話すことで、生徒たちは、どんどん会話力に対して自信をつけていきます。

毎週、彼らの英語能力が伸びていくのをみると、講師としてとても心が満たされます。

来週からの新しいクラスでもみなさん、頑張っていきましょう。

このクラス進級も、将来皆さんが、流暢に英語が話せるようになるための次のステップです。
