As we head into August, preparations for this year’s speech contest are already in full swing. We’ve started working on decorations, posters, timetables, and everything else needed to make the day a success. Although the day isn’t until November, I hope everyone is doing well and making good progress with learning their speeches!

 

8月に入ると、今年のスピーチコンテストの準備も本格的に進んでいます。飾り付けやポスター、時間割の作成など、当日に向けた準備が着々と進んでいるところです。コンテストの日はまだ11月ですが、みなさんが元気にスピーチの練習を順調に進めていることを願っています

 

Many of our younger students have also been putting in great effort to learn the Paprika dance, which they’ll sing and perform in English on the day of the contest. Well done to all of you!

 

スピーチの対象ではない幼児クラスやPLS初級クラスでは「パプリカ」のダンスを覚えるために一生懸命努力していて、コンテスト当日は英語で歌いながら披露する予定です。みんな、本当に素晴らしいですね！

 

Please note that we won’t have any English conversation classes this coming week, but I hope everyone keeps up their great work and continues practising their speeches at home!

 

来週はクラスがお休みになりますが、皆さんが引き続き頑張って、自宅でスピーチの練習を続けていることを願っています！
