当校の特徴
Hello everyone!
I hope everyone is staying dry during this extended rainy season. It feels like it’s raining every day! And more importantly I hope everyone is still keeping themselves and their family safe from Covid-19, especially with schools open and people travelling again. Safety is #1!
Most of us have been unable to travel this year because of Covid-19 and some of us have had to cancel many plans. Trips to Disneyland, the beach, abroad, school trips, etc. It’s a sad time but now is a good time to reflect on some of the places we have been to and where else we would like to go!
I’ve been lucky enough to some some travelling around Japan the last few years and here are some of my favourite places. First is Okinawa! I love the beautiful beaches, snorkeling and the atmosphere of the island. I’d love to go again! Next, I really enjoyed Kyoto. As a big fan of history, I loved seeing all the famous castles and temples and learning as much as I could. The food is great too! Another place I really loved was Kamakura. Everytime I’ve been there it’s been wonderful. So many lovely gardens, shrines and temples.
I’m really looking forward to more discoveries of Japan as I’ve only scratched the surface! Maybe in 2021?

みなさん、こんにちは。
まだ続く梅雨の季節。快適にお過ごしですか。毎日が雨のような気がします。そしてもっと重要なのが、まだまだコロナからの予防を徹底することです。安全が一番。
コロナの影響で今年は旅行ができず、キャンセルを余儀なくされている人たちもいます。ディズニーランドやビーチ、海外旅行、修学旅行などなど。悲しいことではありますが、行きたい場所などを思い浮かべて考えてみるのにはいい時間かもしれません。
私はこの数年間で日本中を旅してきました。その中で特にお気に入りの場所があります。一つ目が沖縄です。美しいビーチやシュノーケリング、島の雰囲気もいいです。もう一度行きたい場所です。次は、京都です。私は歴史が好きなので、神社や寺をみて学ぶことができます。食べ物も最高。そして最後にあげるなら、鎌倉です。いついっても裏切らない。すばらしい手入れの行き届いた庭園、神社や寺。
もっともっと日本を発見したいです。多分、来年でしょうか。
