I hope everyone enjoyed a wonderful Obon holiday! It was nice to have a little break from the heat with those cooler days.

皆さんが素敵なお盆休みを過ごされましたか？涼しい日が続いて、暑さから少し解放されたのがよかったです。

We’ve been having a great time with our summer conversation lessons, playing fun games and working on some creative crafts. A big thank-you to all the students who joined the classes! Some of the highlights have been building a paper model of Big Ben and taking part in a paper airplane challenge. I really enjoy it when we can bring creativity into our lessons!

We’re also getting close to the halfway point with our speech homework. I’m really proud of all the effort my students have shown so far. Keep up the great work, I’m excited to hear some of the full speeches read out soon!

夏休みだけ行った、「特別英会話レッスン」では、楽しいゲームや創作クラフトを通して、参加者の生徒達と素敵な時間を過ごしました。参加してくれた生徒の皆さん、本当にありがとうございます！特に印象的だったのは、ビッグ・ベンの紙模型づくりや紙飛行機チャレンジ。レッスンに創造力を取り入れられると、私もとても嬉しいです。

スピーチホームワークも、いよいよ折り返し地点に近づいてきましたね。これまでの皆さんの努力をとても誇りに思っています。この調子でがんばってください完成したスピーチを聞けるのが、今から楽しみです。
