Hello everyone,

It feels like spring has sprung! That means it`s getting warmer here and I can feel the seasons changing. I wonder if it will get cold again or have we seen the last of the freezing winter? March is only a few days away. That means we`re only a month away from one of my favorite times of the year, cherry blossom time! I enjoy it because the weather is at its most comfortable and there are plenty of beautiful trees blossoming all over the country. There are other things to looks forward to in March, such as the Hina festival and White day. I might wait until Easter to eat chocolate instead of White day. For some reason, chocolate seems to taste better when you break up a big chocolate egg.

I`ve been talking to my students who are preparing for the final high school exams next week. They have been studying non-stop since winter vacation, and are glad that it`s almost over. Some of them already finished in February, but there are more exams next week too. Once the final tests are over everyone can relax and look forward to graduation and the spring vacation. Disneyland is always a popular choice for the vacation, so it must get really busy every March! Good luck to everyone taking their final tests!

みなさん、こんにちは。

春がやってきたように感じますねだんだん暖かくなってきて、季節の移り変わりを肌で感じます。

もう一度寒くなるのか、それとも厳しい冬はもう終わったのか、ちょっと気になります。

もうすぐ3月。ということは、私の大好きな季節のひとつ——桜の季節まであと1か月です

気候がいちばん過ごしやすくて、国中のあちこちで美しい桜が咲くのが楽しみなんです。

3月にはほかにも、ひな祭りやホワイトデーなど楽しみがたくさんありますね。

私はホワイトデーではなく、イースターまでチョコレートを待とうかなと思っています。

なぜか、大きなチョコエッグを割って食べると、いつもよりおいしく感じるんですよね。

 

来週の高校の期末試験に向けて準備している生徒たちとも話をしています。

冬休みからずっと勉強し続けていて、もうすぐ終わることをとても喜んでいます。

2月中に終わった生徒もいますが、来週に試験がある子もまだいます。

期末テストが終われば、みんなリラックスして、卒業式や春休みを楽しみにできるようになりますね。

春休みといえばディズニーランドがいつも人気なので、毎年3月はとても混むんでしょうね！
