Hello everyone,

How are you all doing today? Happy Birthday to my big sister, Kate today. I hope you’re enjoying the start of autumn. Our autumn campaign is underway. For this month only, you can try 4 free lessons and get 50% off the joining fee. Some new classes have been created for beginner kindergarten and elementary schoolers. Students with experience may also be able to join existing classes. It’s been nice to meet some new students this last week and I hope to meet some more. Welcome to Hario, everyone!

It’s Hario English School’s 1st anniversary and we celebrated with a staff lunch. It was a lovely meal and a chance to reflect on a successful year for us. By tradition, in the UK and elsewhere, each year’s anniversary is associated with a material. The first year is paper so this was Hario English School’s paper anniversary. If you’d like to give us some origami as a present that would be very kind! The 2nd year is cotton so how about a T-shirt? Just kidding! Maybe you know that 25 years is silver, 50 years is gold and 60 years is diamond? Did you also know that,in the UK, 6 years is sugar, 8 years is salt and 10 years is tin? Have you celebrated an anniversary recently?
