Vegan Mos Burger

Hey, so recently a few of my friends have tried the new Vegan burger at Mos Burger. I have yet to try it as I have been stuck indoors for the past few weeks but I will try it at some point. In Japan there are not a lot of options available for people who are vegetarians or vegans. However recently companies have started introducing vegan and vegetarian options to their menu’s. For example earlier this year Coco Ichibanya had a limited time only vegan soup curry and FamilyMart has also recently introduced it’s first vegan donburi. Now the fast food giant Mos Burger has introduced it’s new green burger.

The burger bun is coloured green and contains a plant based burger which features a thick patty made of soybean-based vegetable protein with yam and cabbage. The burger also contains a sliced fresh tomato, shredded lettuce and a little but of tomato sauce. The green bun colour is made by adding spinach puree.
