Last weekend, I went to the salon 💇‍♂️

So this week, someone asked me “did you get a haircut?”

That reminded me of a dad joke that my father loves.

If you asked him the same question, he’d say “No, all of them!”

There are a number of famous “dad jokes” that I’ve heard, and I have to about- even though I’m not a dad, some of them are really funny to me.

I’ve heard you have the same phrase in Japanese, but I haven’t heard any Japanese dad jokes yet.

みなさん、こんにちは。ジェラルドです。

先週、私は美容院へ行きました。

なので、「髪きった？」と皆に聞かれました。

そのフレーズがある「オヤジギャグ」を思い起こさせました。

私の父もオヤジギャグが大好きです。

父に「髪切った？」と尋ねると、彼はいつも”No, all of them!”　（いや、髪の毛全部だよ！）

と答えます。

 

英語にもたくさんの「オヤジギャグ」があります。

私はまだ父親ではないので、あまり知りませんが、面白いことは確かです。

日本語にも「オヤジギャグ」があると聞きました。私はまだ聞いたことがありません。

何か私にオヤジギャグを教えてください。
