Keep your eyes peeled

カテゴリー:ブログ

Hello everyone,

I hope you’re all doing well and ready for some rainy weather 🌧

I need to get new rain clothes soon but I’m not sure where to shop for them… Wish me luck! 🤞

Last week we had our Easter classes and I enjoyed sharing traditions such as egg decorating and Easter egg hunting with some of our students 🥚🎨

Since the holiday has passed, we were taking down the decorations at the beginning of the week… It turned out that we got so used to seeing the decorations around that we didn’t even notice some of them and accidentally left up some Easter eggs- It was like we had our own Easter egg hunt 😂

For the rest of the week I’ll keep my eyes peeled for any leftover Easter decorations

Whenever I’ve shared that phrase with bilingual friends they mention that it sounds strange. Maybe it’s kind of a nasty or scary mental image 🤔

What do you think?

Are there any similar phrases in Japanese?

Tell me about some Japanese phrases when you see me at Hario 😄

Thanks for reading!
